Commission Terms of Service
You, the Customer, agree to all the below terms upon commissioning me, or requesting a quote. Refusal to follow the terms, or breaking the terms after purchase, will bar you from any future purchases from me and my associated storefronts.All Payments will be made via PAYPAL INVOICE, unless made via a Store (ex: VGen or Ko-Fi)You, the Customer, verify that, by purchasing any work bordering a pinup, you confirm you are at least 18 years old as required by US federal law.You, the Customer, verify that by purchasing a commission of ANY type, you have an accepted payment type AND are willing to pay the agreed amount upon acceptance. Any attempted chargebacks will be countered on the terms of this agreement.You, the Customer, will be held accountable for payment based on progress made.You, the customer, are liable for partial payment if you wish to cancel the transaction after I have provided the first WIP (sketch). Refunds are not permitted after the commission has been completed and is pending the final approval.I, the Artist, retain the right to deny your order without giving a reason.
If I feel your request is unreasonable, makes me uncomfortable, or I feel I cannot finish it in a set timeframe, I may use my right to decline the commission and refuse pending payment.I, the Artist, Retain Rights to Repost Commissions as Promotional Material unless a prior agreement is made.You, the Customer, retain rights to repost the art with proper credit (link to my BSKY or Toyhou.se) and the right to use it for PRIVATE USE ONLY. Commercial usage (aka the ability to make money off of it via sales or promotional material) is an extra charge. If you wish to purchase Commercial selling rights, I lose the right to use it as promotional material without your permission.You, the Customer, are not allowed to alter the finished product, or have someone else alter it for you (free, or otherwise) without prior agreement or permission from me.Redesigning adopts or commissioned designs from scratch is permitted. However, re-tracing, recoloring, or otherwise editing the original commissioned design image is not.NEVER IS ANY OF MY ART ALLOWED FOR NFTS OR TRAINING AI, COMMISSIONED OR NOT.

RE:CODE is a manga-style Digimon comic. It current has one full chapter released, but is current undergoing a re-write before continuing onto Chapter 2.RE:CODE intends to not only expand on previously explored concepts (ex. Armor Evolution), but to also introduce a handful of its own concepts.RE:CODE is semi-episodic, meaning chapters may or may not be linked together. All chapters within a single "episode" will have similar titles with ascending numbers.RE:CODE will have a mix of light-hearted and darker episodes. It draws a great amount of inspiration from [DIGIMON SEEKERS], [DIGIMON GHOST GAME], and [DIGIMON STORY: CYBERSLEUTH].
[NULL] ARCHIVE is a collection of info for DigiFakes and Digimon-related concepts that I have created.Be warned, it may have spoilers for [RE:CODE] and my other Digimon-related projects.
[NEW IMPULSE is a Digimon story set in the same universe as DIGIMON SEEKERS. It takes place sometime after then end of SEEKERS, but it is not required to enjoy IMPULSE.

Additional Characters are +50% per.
(If you want a $80 Rendered Full Body, adding an additional character TO THE SAME IMAGE would make it $120 instead of $160)Background are case-by-case pricing. If you want a background and want to know how much it would be, feel free to message or email me with what you have in mind.Complexity Charges are also case-by-case. But rule of thumb is if your character has a lot of armor, jewelry, or tattoos... You'll likely see a complexity charge. More small details = higher charge. If you don't want to pay the charge, I'm more than willing to simplify the design for the commission.
Emotes
Emotes for anything and everything! Discord, Twitch, Telegram... Anything!-Pricing-

$80 for 5I do charge more for animated emotes, but the increase is based on projected animation difficulty.I may request a price adjustment based on character or pose complexity, though this should be rare. Most complicated details will be dumbed down, especially for animated emotes.
Custom Digimon TCG Cards
The perfect commission for anyone wanting to get a custom card of their favorite digimon or digimon OC!--This commission uses a template provided online for free by Digi-Lov on Tumblr. The only parts paid for are the custom illustration and text editing.--

Buying a Standard and an Alt Art at the same time will give a discount.
Say you want a Level 4 card. Standard is $35USD. Alt is $50USD. If you buy them together, instead of paying $85, you may pay closer to $75 since they're in the same work order.If you have effects in mind, let me know when ordering. If you dont have an exact idea for effects, or want it to fit into a pre-existing deck type, I can create an effect for you.My goal is to make these as close to playable so people can import them into Tabletop Simulator alongside official cards for manual play! Heck, print them off even!I want them to be PLAYABLE.So Effects will be kept as close to official effects as possible so they dont break the game.

Reference Pages
Lemme tell you, reference pages are a LIFE SAVER. Not only as someone that does commissions, but also as someone that BUYS commissions. They're also great for any sort of serialized work, like comics or animations.

Sketch Pages
A collection of sketches. These are usually used to explore ideas, such as character design, dynamics between characters, and world building.But theyre also just fun to make when you want some quick and simple work of your current obsession! (Totally not calling myself out, nope.)Pages are flat priced per character, and are done in monotone (greyscale and similar).$15 per character, minimum 3 per page.
Note its per CHARACTER, not per SKETCH.
Say you have 3 sketches, but one of them is a couple. Thats $60 not $45.
